Southern California Edison (SCE), Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers can find billing examples showing where you can find the kWh usage and the Dollar cost numbers.
LADWP bills are generated every two months. Instead of filling an entry for each month, enter the six billing data in alternate months, such as Months 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11 Fill the months 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12. with zeros before clicking the SUBMIT button.
